Licence
Your licence key
The key belongs to the certifying provider named on the subscription. It does not expire. Each period the provider uses it on the licence page in the app to get a fresh licence, and we email one too. This page is for the days that goes wrong.
This page is not connected yet. The licensing service is deployed but not yet switched on. Until it is, support@patientpapers.app reaches the person who can help.
Get the key back from the receipt
Paddle's receipt carries a transaction ID (it starts with txn_). Type the one from the most recent receipt — the latest payment is the one on file — and the key is shown on this screen. This is the route to use when the provider's address was typed wrong at purchase — the receipt went to whoever paid, and the key fixes the address below.
The licence is tied to . Open PatientPapers with this key
Have the licence sent again
If the provider's licence email never arrived, we can send the current one again to the address on file. It is a fresh copy of the licence already paid for — not a new period. We answer the same way whether or not an address is on file, and we send at most one copy an hour.

Replace the key
Whoever has the key can replace it. The old key stops working the moment the new one is made, on every computer, so this is for a key that has leaked — not for a computer that needs its licence renewed.
The new key. The old one no longer works anywhere; a copy has been emailed to the provider on file.
Move the licence to a new address
Every licence and every notice about the subscription goes to the provider's address on file. Change it here, with the key, and the current licence is sent to the new address at once.
